Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoe box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
